Slow Flow Vinyasa

Anticipate a gentle and deliberate pace that allows for a deeper exploration of each pose. The sequencing is designed to synchronize breath with movement, fostering a sense of mindfulness and presence on the mat. Expect a focus on a variety of postures that seamlessly transition from one to another, promoting flexibility, strength, and balance. The slower pace provides ample time for practitioners to connect with their breath, cultivate self-awareness, and refine their movements. Yin Magic

Join Iain for the ideal mid-week rest and reset. Expect Yin Yoga and gentle movement to unlock deep healing and create space through the body’s connective tissues, intertwined with restorative Yoga practices to facilitate nourishing rest and ultimate comfort. During these classes we’ll work on down regulating the nervous system through soft and supported movement, breath work and conscious rest. The ideal antidote to a busy week.  Expect a slow and nurturing practice that will allow you to step out of your day-to-day for 60 minutes, carving out some time for you to simply indulge and restore.

Candlelit Restorative Yoga

Step into a serene haven of calm with our 60-minute Candlelit Restorative Yoga class. Sunrise Hatha

With a combination of balance and strength this session is crafted to harmonize the body, mind, and breath. You'll explore a series of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath control) techniques, promoting flexibility, and cultivating a sense of inner calm. Each movement is thoughtfully connected with conscious breathing, fostering mindfulness throughout the practice. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner, this class provides a holistic approach to yoga, leaving you energized, centered, and attuned to the present moment.

Flow Yoga

Flow yoga fluid style of yoga that synchronizes movement with breath. In a flow yoga class, practitioners move smoothly from one posture to the next, creating a seamless sequence of movements. Each movement is coordinated with either an inhale or an exhale, creating a rhythmic and meditative flow. Flow yoga classes often incorporate sun salutations, standing poses, balances, inversions, and seated stretches, providing a balanced practice that builds strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. It's a great option for those seeking a dynamic and energizing yoga practice that challenges both the body and the mind.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa yoga focuses on building strength, endurance, and flexibility. You can expect a sequence of poses that are performed with slightly more intensity and pace (compared to Hatha, for example). The emphasis is on dynamic, continuous flow linking breath with movement. The sequences are designed to elevate the heart rate, build heat in the body, and promote detoxification through sweat. Vinyasa Flow encourages mindfulness and presence, inviting you to explore your edge with self-awareness and compassion. Wim Hoff Method & Ice Bath/Cold Exposure

Delve into Cold Water Therapy in this cold immersion workshop including Introduction to Breathwork, what to expect, how your body will feel and of course the cold water dip itself! Expect a welcoming community, friendly faces cheering you on and of course a hot beverage afterwards!

Ice Bath Workshop Put yourself in the expert hands of Certified Wim Hof Instructors Radek & Charlie to be fully guided through an Ice Bath. The session is aimed at those new to cold exposure therapy, ice baths or the Wim Hof Method but is suitable for all ability levels.

The session begins with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method and the benefits of cold-water therapy. You will then focus on Mindset and you will learn how to prepare yourself safely for an ice bath or any other cold exposure experience, what to do once you are in the ice and how to warm up efficiently afterwards.

Who is this workshop for? This workshop is suitable for all, but it does require a basic level of health. As a precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before taking part in this Wellness Experience. Upon registration you will receive a Health Questionnaire to complete so we can ensure that the session will be safe for you. Please ensure you complete this as soon as possible so there is plenty of time to answer any questions should they arise.

Crystal & Himalayan Sound Bath

Join Emily for a sonic journey as she bathes you in the sounds of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls.

She likes to describe it as "meditation without feeling like you're meditating".

The magic of the bowls is that they can work on all levels of mind, body and spirit. The sound and vibrational frequencies can slow down brain waves and heart rate. This slowing down helps support our "rest and digest" nervous system state and is where inner healing occurs.

The frequencies also move through our fluid and energetic bodies helping to shift stagnation.

Positive effects include

  • reducing stress

  • reducing physical pain

  • improved sleep

  • reduced anxiety

  • lowered blood pressure.

    Expect to leave feeling relaxed and calm, and sometimes more energised with a greater sense of well-being.

Kids Yoga Club

Welcome to our joyful Kids Yoga Club, a school holiday pop up and after school club designed to inspire and nurture young hearts and minds!

Geared for ages 4 to 12 (exceptions can be made, please email us), these sessions are an exciting exploration of movement, mindfulness, and creativity.

Led by Harriet, previously a Primary and SEND teacher, each class will include playful yoga poses, interactive games, and calming activities that to support emotion regulation, relationship building, conflict resolution and much more. Children will learn the fundamentals of yoga in a fun and inclusive environment, enhancing flexibility, balance, and emotional well-being.

Through imaginative storytelling and child-friendly yoga sequences and games, we aim to instill a love for movement and self-discovery in our little yogis.

Join us for a delightful and enriching experience that encourages a healthy lifestyle and positive habits from an early age.
