Meet Harriet - WellNest Founder, Yoga & Meditation Teacher.
Originally a Psychology graduate and Special Needs Teacher, Harriet is passionate about using her knowledge to equip you with a mental health toolbox to help look after your wellbeing. After struggling with her mental health her mission is to empower you to take control of your mindset and not let anxiety rule your life. By combining eastern philosophy with western psychology, Harriet uses meditation, mindfulness, yoga and movement practises to help you slow down when your world feels chaotic & to remember that you have the power within yourself to lead a life you love.
